Upon arrival please ask your friendly bar attendant at your chosen venue how best to receive your Hero savings. Some venues will encourage you to open a tab, while others will like you to pay as you go.

Cancellations can be made anytime up until your Hero Booking, but there are no refunds. Your cancelation will send a friendly notification to the venue that you will not be attending. All bookings are non refundable [email protected]

We have partnered with a wide range of bars to give you the best and most diverse experiences! You simply choose your bar & desired time slot and make a booking for your group of friends.

Bar Hero saves you 20% off your bill with our venues offering you 20% off their full drinks list* and a selection of food for a minimum of two hours. The best part is, it’s only $10 per booking for up to 10 people. If you have more than 10 people in your group and the venue has the space, you can add another group to your booking with ease.

BarHero doesn’t want you to rush your drinks and only have a limited house selection to choose from.

Bar Hero gives you the opportunity to try full wine menus, pick spirits from the top shelf, select award winning cocktails, quench your thirst with non-alcoholic drinks, sample beersies from across the range and get great savings on snacks and food.

You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Everyone is welcome to Bar Hero, please see dress code per venue. Stag/Buck parties and Hen parties are welcome.

Every venue partnered with Bar Hero must have a liquor license. It is against the law for a licensee or their staff to sell alcohol to anyone who is intoxicated, to allow a person to become intoxicated, or to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years. The venue retains the right to refuse entry and service.

One booking is $10 for up to 10 people. If you have more than 10 people in your group and the venue has the space, you can add another group to your booking with ease.

You will eat into your allotted time. If you are more than 30 minutes late and your booking could be cancelled – this is left to the venues discretion – they are under no obligation to honour the booking.

Please ask your friendly bartender upon arrival at your chosen venue.

Our relationship with the venue has given you the opportunity to try their full drinks menu. Some exclusive and rare vintaged products might not be available. Please check your venues listing for food options before clicking.

No there is not. We have agreed with the venues that they will host you and your guests for 2 hours. Please check your venues listing before you click for time slots.

Of course, every venue has the right to refuse service, so always remember – don’t be a dick. There is no minimum or maximum spend. Remember to drink responsibly. Ts&Cs always apply.

Bar Hero is strictly for individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of booking.

Unfortunately you can not redeem other promotions in conjunction with your Bar Hero discount.

As per the venues liquor license; non-alcoholic drinks, low alcoholic drinks and free drinking water is always available with a Bar Hero booking.

You will only be able to make one booking per user, per day.

Bar Hero is a service for venues to use to boost their usual quieter times and in the lead up to their peak times. It would be extremely rare that upon arrival the venue would be too busy to host you and your friends.

If this was to happen; the venue would notify Bar Hero and Bar Hero will be in contact.

As per the venues liquor license; Food is always available. Food menus will vary between venues so please ask your bartender upon arrival what food is available with a Bar Hero saving.
